Most keys are explained in-game as they are needed. R resets the current level, and P or Esc pauses the game. Volume controls are in the pause menu.

Hey, for everyone waiting for this game to load and going through the comments, I suggest you go play Fixation first, now that it's been released, and you'll understand the story better probably. + this so that everyone can see it please

Kongregate should seriously consider making a "Sad Story" category for their games. These kind of games are really hard to find and they're really touching.

I played this, and the sequel to Kathryn's story. Nothing short of story telling, this man needs to make more games with such a powerful story to tell.

This is a game I cam play over and over again and still love it each time. The music makes this game absolutely wonderful, even though the storyline and gameplay are at its peak already. Outstanding. Thank you.

it is a very sad story and that poor lonely guy is all by himself. He just doesn't have a happy life. I feel bad for that guy.

To elaborate on the points Kanacali made, the player (Jack) murdered Kathryn. This is shown in the end Psychologist report, where it is stated "he does not seem to recall murdering her". The Psychologist states that Jack has no memory of his visits over the last 8 years, but if you wait for about 10 seconds after the credits on the ending screen, the message "The shrink leaves, and suddenly I don't even have a person to tell my story to anymore" appears. The Psychologist failed to treat Jack and classified him as a lost cause, and Jack is forever looped in the drama and depression of this story.
