amazingly well written and well thought out game. 10/5. the ending made me so said though, but that just adds to its greatness

Let it be known, that on the day of april the 15th, 01Neverest10 commented "I can't wait for Fixation. " And let it also be known, that 2D promptly delivered.

I just got done with Fixation. I had to replay this masterpiece as well. Some things are still a mystery, but maybe that's the best part. Fixation had a lot of philosophical ideas in it... I think the point of these two games are to make us thin and reflect.. The Answers aren't always easy to see or clean cut.

Honestly, if my girlfriend/wife were to die and i was more less i caused it, i'd go mad, i wouldn't be able to live with my self, which would probably lead to insanity. Very saddening story, although no tears. + thiss if it made sense

@ Snowcube94 In Fixation Jack was taking drugs but sometimes messed up his portions, the drugs made him forget his problems but they also made him forget Kathryn and what happened to her. So he probably killed her and then forgot.

so in Fixation, Kathryn seeks outside help to her problem, while Jack attempts to solves his own problem in his own head?

For a little puzzle game, both The Company of Myself and Fixation have kept me up well into the wee hours of the morning. Incredible games, that make you think and feel. I'm very happy with the time I've spent on them, even when I was ready to tug my hair out. The music fixes both play styles extremely well. The story told is both heartening and heart-breaking. I wonder if there's more story to Jack and Kathryn, or perhaps even Penelope, to come.

I played Fixation... but I still don't understand... did Jack really murdered Kathryn? What does the end scene of Fixation mean?

2DArray Has kindly created a prequel to this game by the name fixation, focusing on Kathrine. Playing through that game makes this game give a convey a whole new meaning, which is just as sad as the first. I advise you play through it, I won'y post spoilers, but the ending to fixation reveals a lot about the plot of this game. You will probably recognize a few key scenes as well.

I personally think that your character actually kills his girlfriend out of selfishness, by accident, as you see on the final "flashback" level it is your character that "drops" his girlfriend... Something to ponder over.

This game will be liked by English-understanding people cause it has a plot, very original and not boring like others. Its interesting not just playing but also reading, for some people.
I liked inversed levels in the beginning and some with limited time to think staying.
Great game. And what a great music!!!
Yeah, and in the last level one of my shadows could come to an end, not me :)

Very moving, and a brilliant game. The fact that some people don't like this game is unbelivable. I can only get to level 10 myself, but I'm not a sore loser - so I'm not going to rate it bad because I can't complete it. 5 stars
