a really saddening story i can't bear the scene where kathryns die and i can't imagine someone being so alone its something that touches me deeply and the music is really suitable ths game get's my 5/5

Kathryns died a normal death and the 2 flowers are the flowers which he put next to her grave and he feels nice when he reaches the box as he in his some somewhere somehow units with her and is sad but at peace

Why?!! Why does the hardest game ever have to have such an intriguing story?? If it were any other game, I would have given up long ago, but I wanna know what's waiting at the end!

AMAZING GAME!!!! Great story, first flash game to ever make me feel anything, sound and art works great with the mood of the game and it's a clever game that is challenging but not impossible. Keep up the good work, hope to see more of your work!
Also a hint if you are stuck on 18...........your shadows can activate a door.....

joey, if u read everything he says the psychologist leaves and says he is helpless and he is sad that he has no one to tell his story anymore, so it is a sad story

OMGZ at the last part when he said i had no one to talk to again that means he is telling the story do YOU and he got better so for those thinking its a sad story it got better at the end :)

a really sad story truthfully once you play it twice you understand it better and we you come to think of it try to put yourself in that situation think of what happened if you lost someone you loved (not but pulling a switch and having them fall) but as sad as the story ends it says that he says he doesn't remember him visiting but wait till after it says the end and it says "the shrink leaves and suddenly, i don't have a person to tell my story to anymore" so he does remember it happening.

I loved the game...... it really made me think and the story was really sad:( i cried:( I think this is one of the best games I ever playd! and the music was great..... it really make a sad background

the last two levels were very hard. took me a total of 20 minutes to do the second to last level. the last level was kinda fun. you just jump into the hole, and keep respawning and jumping. sooner or later, you'll have hundreds of little guys jumping, and you can jump off of their heads, you'll reach the box. eventually. but the game was very sad, and to admit i did cry. i feel sorry for people out there that actually do have this condition. loved the music!

lol there a glich if you fall in the big hole after you pull the switch (the level with catherie) you go to next level but then you have to refresh but your still on the next level click + to keep this alive

I spent about an hour figuring out how to complete the level where your supposed to kill kathryn. After that i just pulled the trigger, giving up and somehow that was what you needed to do. Great game, 5/5

This is probably the most well written flash game I've ever seen. The story was deeply moving, dark, depressing and mysterious at the same time to a point where my eyes started watering. These are the kind of flash games we need to see more of, engaging in a games sense but still telling a real life story. 10/10

awesome game... could do with a lot more levels though... I was just getting the hang off using my shadows to move along and then it was over already

VERY VERY great game, i honestly dont understand how this game could earn anything BUT 5/5 The story was excellent, the gameplay was sort of challenging.

No he murdered her.. If you red it again the pshycologist accutly says that Jack cant come to the fact that he murdered her

Amazing story. the level before kathryn died. I walked the guy into the pit and it went to the next level...?
