If anybody's having trouble with timing your jump on level 19, you can always just hold right and keep tapping up as you jump off the edge. Hit spacebar about a second or 2 after you fall and then keep repeating. Eventually you'll cross over.

Nice game! I think the incident of Kathryn was something like "I could have done this to save her.... But I didn't". Actually, it would be awesome if this game had 2 endings: this one, and another one with Kathryn alive =)
Anyway, Loved it! 5/5

Great Little game - although the final level i had to get through just by spamming clones rather than any particular plan. To then find out he'd killed his beloved kathryn was quite a shock although in hindsight the level where she dies could be construde to look like he was burying her. The final line is fantastic as obviously the next thing your likely to do is navigate off the page - effectively leaving him, in a way making you the shrink.

If you don't get the point of the story, the entire storyline is the visit from the Psychologist. The "challenges" are pictures and objects shown to him by the Psychologist which he has to explain what it feels like and means. He's explaining to the Psychologist that it's like how his life used to be except that he's doing it all by himself instead of with Kathryn. He then goes on to explain about what happened with Kathryn, but it's unsure of how she died, probably with a challenge they did together. The green box at the end of every challenge signifies the box that he had to find to put her into. The flowers that you spawn at/checkpoint are the 2 flowers he put next to her grave. Personally, I think she died a normal death, and he just put her in the box and buried her because he couldn't handle her death. But that's just me.an amazing unforgetable game..

Try this: hold the up button when you have entered a lvl, then press space repedtly but still old the up button, then your clones will be invisible

@kanacali, Kathryn didn't die a normal death, if you read the psychologist's report in the ending, he said he did kill Kathryn and evidently found a green package large enough to be a coffin to bury her, but due to his mental breakdown, he can't remember the breaking point anymore. Oh and I was surprised that psychologist was visiting Jack once a year for 8 years, this is really an emotional game. Faved =')

For those who have problem with lvl 20, you make a giant amount of duplicates trying to cross the cliff so you can jump across them if you use them well.

This is by far, the best short-story flash game i've ever played. It is truly enjoyable, you just have to understand it. If you don't, just try again. This is obviously a 5/5.

I recently posted a morale on "Don't Look Back" and I am going to try to post a morale for every game like this. But I can't find a morale on this. Morale Theory #1: Keep on trying and you will succeed? That's all I got.

He knew.... Great game, love the secret ending. Played it eight times, only noticed it the last time. Adds a bit of closure/finality to the wonderful game. Bravo!

loved touched me, in a way that you choose your own path but it breaks your creators heart in the end. But if you obey you are just a tool.

lvl 19 is easy. jump 5 times and space, then 4 and space and so on until you hit space and dont jump. A tower of you will be formed so just walk forward and the one in the top will hit the green box.

Level 19 has totally ruined the game for me. I know how to pass the level but the time that i would waste on getting it isn't worth my time. 2/5

i felt so sad at the end, i feel like crying, the part that got me was after all the testers pass and more writing comes up under "the end"

The puzzle sense of it was nice, yes, but the REALLY good part of it is the story. It's sad, yet amazing. I'm glad that there are still people here who are actually making games that have meaning to them. 5/5 and favorited.

if you dont get it let me explain
when he multiplys its like the visits from the Psychologist
the green box is the grave he put her in
the flowers are what he put beside her grave the green box
the levels are his effort to reach her
he must have realy loved kathryn!

The story made me feel kind of depressed and sad in a good way...if that makes any scense. Good game and very entertaining. I know its been said but this game is a true work of art.

My girlfriend died while she was in Canada..... I can relate to this game, I suppose. I play it every now and then just because it's almost like my life. I never saw a psychiatrist but I wouldn't talk to anyone for a very long time...

Wow, Truely amazing! This games storyline is very touching and moving... I mean, I know its just a game. But the story is so beautiful. And the way you've worked it in to a simple game. Truely amazing... Thank you heaps for this game. I never thought, in my life I would ever play something like this... I would pay to play games like these.
