in my opinion i think how the levels are relate to his life as in the platforms are bumps he had to walk through in his life and when the platforms involved greater risks it showed a time in his life when the risk was hard but had to be done. and when u press the spacebar to create a duplicate to help u was a time in his life when he had to go through a tough time so someone helped him.

Game ia amazing, my only probblem that is on stage nineteen using space to much causes everything to become invisible and i cant complete it :(. Can we get a fix?

Great music, storyline, puzzles... this game have all that a game must have. And it can touch the emotions of people. 25/5

If you don't get the point of the story, the entire storyline is the visit from the Psychologist. The "challenges" are pictures and objects shown to him by the Psychologist which he has to explain what it feels like and means. He's explaining to the Psychologist that it's like how his life used to be except that he's doing it all by himself instead of with Kathryn. He then goes on to explain about what happened with Kathryn, but it's unsure of how she died, probably with a challenge they did together. The green box at the end of every challenge signifies the box that he had to find to put her into. The flowers that you spawn at/checkpoint are the 2 flowers he put next to her grave. Personally, I think she died a normal death, and he just put her in the box and buried her because he couldn't handle her death. But that's just me.

This storyline is absolutely amazing. I felt like I could relate to the character at times, and the game is well created so that it's not too distracting from the story that was put together. I also just really loved the music in the game, and felt that it followed the story's theme of an overall sadness and kinda a loneliness. 5/5 for my rating vote.

That was the single best online game I have ever played.
It was so good, I had no choice but to play it again. Knowing completely what was going on, it made it so much more of an emotional, well written story, rather than a brain game.

How sad is the guy's story, it has made me so sad, i cried, and thought about the persons i know that are alone, from now on ill think about the alone persons near me that need some attention.

Actually, it says he mudered his wife. That's presented in the game with the last level of Kathryn. He's alone because he's in the hospital with a mental illness. He's not allowed to leave because it wouldn't be safe. I don't know if he meant to murder her, but I doubt it.

I'd go as far to call it a rip-off of Braid. It's nice to be inspired by other games, but please say so in the presentation of the game.

its a good story and music. it has a cool atmasphere but damn is it ever boring :( i almost hate to admit it but yeah its really really boring. not a bad game but boring. 2/5 rate me down if you like im only saying what i think

Liked the game, but it is very similar to a bigger one called Braid, with the same depressing mood, sad story about a couple once separated and even the gameplay, side-scrolling, use of shadows to solve problems... Very, very similar, the diference is that Braid ir a plataform game, bigger, better grafics, much more difficult puzzles...

this game is like watchmen or animal farm or harry potter: it tells a great story in a great way so that you have to figure things out for yourself, there are amazing twists, and how they tell the story it makes us feel emotion for characters that we know for a very short ammount of time considering the real world, it also keeps you going as soon as they reel you in with the opening you can't stop going forword and because of this, these writers can create people who do not exist, yet they hold a place in our heart. 5/5 this game should be like the sky and everyone should see it

very good though i should have noticed the black funeral suit earlier and that fact that he thought only he could hold up others which probably lead to the ending heh a somewhat one sided love in actuallity i guess

Wow... What a touching story! I really loved this game, both because of the start... he tells us what to do, but doesn't force us to. The start and the storyline... Is perfected. The players take a role as the reporter and i appreciate to be drawn into the game by such features^^ Thank you!

I played this game about 9 months ago. And this is my second time ever. Although I do not feel the sentimentality that everyone else feels, it does introduce a considerably new way in flash game storytelling. It is quite saddening and reminds me of "Shutter Island". I wish there were more games like this. 4.5/5
