Good game with good gameplay and great story, but why is it so short? make more levels, or allow user made content please.

did you see that at the very end, it says something like "the shrink leaves and i don't even have anybody to tell my story to" that sux, seeing how the person you love the most dies like that. and @runningincircles thats a stupid theory: why would he have killed her? for a stupid mistake? it was an accidente and if not he would have remembered. sheesh have feelings man, other than that great game, exceeded my expectations

Using the comments/observations to me by the top comments and the game, here's what I think happened:
Back then, Jack never cared about Kathryn that much. He probably treated her like dirt or he didn't acknowledge her that much. One day, Kathryn probably made a huge mistake that Jack got furious on. He murdered Kathryn in blind fury by making her fall. After stopping, he realized what he had done and went into emotional distress. He decided to put Kathryn's corpse in the large green box and buried her in the backyard, then put 2 flowers on her grave .
He gets put into solitary confinement due to the grave emotional distress he suffered. The levels are psych puzzles given to him by the psychiatrist for him to solve. While he does this, he retells the story of what happened. He keeps repeating the story because it's engraved in his mind that he was responsible for Kathryn's death, and wants to share it to relieve the pain he has.

i found a glitch i restarted the game really fast then all the tiny guys were invisible but i could still jump on them then i wouldnt let me respawn

Sad stunning game i loved it and i loved how it gave such personality and it felt as if im actually reading a story by a professional author ^Great job

it was a very good game and had an amazing story it is a game i recoment to many people. it takes a lot of thought to beat it as well.

This game is a true work of art, the music accompanied by the devostating storyline equals out to a truley amazing and sad game i give this 5/5 and hope all of you beleive the same, ive never cried because of a game until now

i think the shadows are his way of replacing kathryn, on every level the shadows have to make sacrifices so that hermit can live, like kathryn did and on the last level it represented how kathryn (or the shadows) had to die so he could live, thats just my opinion

LOL! I love how all the highest rated comments are saying they feel bad for a man who murdered his wife. I guess the type of people who play this game are those who feel sorry for the people who murder.... fat chance this man should rot in hell and i hope that the rest of his life would suck.

Beyond 4 shadows the game seems to lag real bad, without even stressing my CPU or HDD much. It's making L19 too hard and too reliant on luck

This is such a sad *sniff* story. I feel bad that i'm so perfect, my mind is sound, and i can understand *sniff* this game. This man remembers all his past life, *sniff* and tells it to everyone. It reminds me *sniff* of Forrest Gump.

This game requires intelligence and patience, and it is still fun and additcting. Fun story line yet sad. Only thing a few more badges would make it better. 5/5 + this if you would like to see more badges.

Absolutely amazing game. The storyline was great but was I the only one who was disappointed that there will probably never be a number 2? :-( + if u agree

Surprisingly most people like to leave me in the company of my self too... I have no idea why though. Most of them say it is because I have many imaginary friends of myself, but so does the guy on this game so I can't be the only one. lol.
