>_< I have read all your comments and they made me want to finish this game so badly I tried for like 4 hours yet with my best efforts I must say....... I was unable to complete this game. Even though I couldn't finish this game I give it a 5/5 for the touching story and amazing music........ 2DArray I must say you are one of the best gamemakers I have ever met

wow this game has a perfect story line showwing how easily life can turn and that you have to choose you path carefully

This game hit me on a level I sometimes forget is even there. The artwork and music all remind me of that same person, and the concepts delivered made it hard to finish. 5/5

Really great ending, albeit a little sad. TIP: i'm not sure how everybody finished the last two levels, but i'll explain how i did it for me. it took me a few tries but i managed to master it. second to last: take one guy and put him on the very edge before the bridge, hit space. take the next guy and place him as far to the right as possible on the first guy without falling. space. etc, until you have a very tall staircase type thing that you jump off of. repeat the same process for the actual box retrieving part on the other side. level 20: i just had like 75 animated copies or w/e jumping off at the same time, then as your jumping just jump off of the other ones. If you get a double jump in midair and hit space, then you can jump off of the double jumper giving you a triple jump, getting you to the other side or very close. Repeat the process until it works. + so that this stays alive!

Professional work. This is a sad story and such a sad story deserves a 5/5. Ah, i love when developers made games like these....

realy sad i find mental illness is probobly one of the sadist things in the world living a little room as small as a bathroom until you die and when she says this will be her last visit that basically means hes going to be alone for the rest of his life :( great game 5/5

Really beautiful story. It's also a great game. I agree with preischadt, there should be an area just for games like this one.

This is truly a great game. It sparked something in me that made me feel sad but not alone. Now I never take friends for granted. Great game...

Wow, great game with an outstanding story. The mental images this game conjures are very dark and disturbing. This one will stay with me for a while.

[[SPOILER]] Everyone sees this differently, mine view is the following. For ease of typing I will call the man John. Each level is a different time the psych visits John with obstacles being the psyche's attempts to bring John back around to sanity. Though he tries his hardest to stop John, John always finds himself back at the green box which represents the incident of the murder. Bringing him further and further away from reality, the rise in difficulty brings a perfect image to this with the many gaps to cross and heights to climb. However these gaps become smaller and easier to traverse after he remembers his time with his wife and how much he loved her. Showing that there was indeed progress in his situation, and right at the end of the game when you cross that final gap...the psych leaves.
A simply amazing game, by far the best on Kongregate

@dopeydoo it is hard indeed. You have to jump in the hole and spawn multiple times while jumping, while falling, while running... eventually you will jump on a few jumping spawns and get across. Patience and endurance.

ok, someone help. I can't beat lvl 19 (or is it 20?) the one where there is just the massive gap in the middle, and the script says "What? Don't leave yet. I have more to say. I really do." if anyone knows how to beat it, PLEEEAAAASSE help.

ok, this is really trivial, but has anyone else noticed that each time you restart, the cut of the grass is different? try it: start a level, and keep hitting R. watch the grass.

This game is really interesting. It feels melancholy and sad through most of it, and imbues the player with a great sense of loneliness and sadness. It's an art to be able to convey emotion through a short and elegantly simple game.

the best storyline of any game ive ever played online, or ever. im glad i payed attention to this one rather skipping through it. its only too bad the stoy leaves no room for a sequel, i would definitely play it if there was one.

In response Kanacali, the psychologist does explain her death, our protagonist murdered her. I think his nervs couldn't handle it and he simply imagined the world he lives in now, which is why he was brought in a mental hospital instead of jail.
Still, a very moving story, and very interesting gameplay. To anyone new playing, watch the whole ending, a little something will show under the "The End" sign later.
