Most profoundly moving storyline I've seen in a long while, this is a masterpiece.
Soundtrack ist perfect as well, reminds a bit of haibane renmei =)

I am just putting in my two cents to say that he probably caused the death of his beloved Kathryn in some way. This is very clear by the story line that is presented to us. It is indeed sad but that's just the way it is. I can understand that optimists would have a hard time with this.

I really enjoyed this one. I had difficulties with 19 though I had less of a problem with number 20 (Jump space, jump space, repeat until you make it).

Haha - I froze the game by leaving it running for the whole day, then came back and pressed a switch. I guess there was too much info for the game to remember, and it simply stopped responding.

this game pretty much made me relize....what all has happened to me,is nothing.its nowere near as bad as this.this is the saddest game ever.i cant help but cry!

It was a great story. When I was playing the final level with Kathryn in it, I saw that the only way to beat it was to kill her... I felt sad. It was a very good story, I'm upset that it had to end so early.

i love/hate this game. i understand/dont understand it and it was fun/stupid. the story is simple/idiot and i finnished/ never reached lvl 3. iposted this comment because i like to/because i never want to play the game. i hope you will understand/dont understand me. it is too beautifull/hypnotizing. i became smarter/ stupider after i played it. no comment/brain.

I practically bawled at the end of this. It doesn't even deserve to be called a game as much as t does a story, and i love that. The entire concept of the "game" was touching. The music fit in perfectly and you always knew what Jack should be thinking. Brilliantly thought. A definite 5/5 and add to favs.

He remembered the shrink but couldn't bring himself to do more than tell his story. He was so heartbroken he lost the will to do much. His emotions became dull. All he thought about was Karen. Its like Little Ann from The Red Fern. She lost the will to live. This is the most sad game ever. It reminds me to treasure what I have. + if you never want this to happen to you and you know your are lucky with what you have...

This game was so emotionally touching. After finishing the game, I read and realized the true meaning of everything throughout. This was an incredible game. I have never played a game that has had so much impact on me. The storyline was incredible, as was gameplay itself. Touching, entertaining, and stunningly deep. 6/5

At the end, it says "The shrink leaves, and suddenly I don't even have a person to tell my story to anymore." suggesting that you'll exit the page. In the beginning, it says "I'd like to take a moment to tell you about myself." I may be interpreting it wrong, but it makes me think that the player is the shrink. Awesome, nevertheless. 5/5

Crap I glitched on the final level. I press space and the smoke comes up but doesent do the little respawn thing and so mater how many times i press r it doesnt fix itself =(

Absolutely fantastic. This is without a doubt the best game i've played on Kongregate. One of the first games from this genre i've played that actually has an amazing story to it. This is a piece of art :)

Wow, beautiful; master work this game is not only one of the most saddest games but the best. i was on the verge of crying when i saw the end message :( thumbs up if you were in the same situation :(

This was extremly touching. Not only because of the story itself, but I painfully recognized my own thoughts in the first levels. :-( x2 . Nearly made me cry at the end.
