big splash screen with down for maintenance = real maintenance, small window = to many people on servers so just refresh.

everytime i first load it always says 'down for maintenance' just refresh, its usually lying to me, unless it has that weird screen where it says 'down for maintenance' in big writing then it really is down for maintenance.
