version 1.04

Hello Puzzle Fuzz fans! Update time!

  • V.hard difficulty is now only Overcharge 3 (down from Overcharge 4)
  • On harder difficulties units take slightly longer to charge

I’m able to beat v.hard difficulty now even if the starting board is bad so I hope this addresses the cheese/RNGesus/restart complaints.

Please rate the game, the game rating is how I justify spending my time on sequels.

would be nice if the skip button started the battle instead of just scrolling down the dialogue.

Great game!! Suggestion: when AUTO is turned off, there should be an automatic pause to attack before your turn is over. Attacks are delayed to the beginning of the next turn when AUTO is off.

I think you should clearly explain how the Overcharge works somewhere. Currently the tutorial doesn't even mention it.

what about a popup the first time a unit overcharges?

Got 94 kills in gauntlet. Same color is best. Use yellow healer set-up that SkylerLight mentioned.
Three yellow healers in the back: Orderly, Doctor, Nurse.
Attackers in the front: Esther (She will be your 1-hit KO in the late-game because of extra dmg gain), Gunner, Newbie.

Don't use auto-attack. Focus on stunning bugs and killing high damage enemies. When the game starts, look at the enemy team and decide which 3 enemies you want to keep alive for the rest of the game. Enemies will become stronger and stronger and you'll want to try and keep those that do 1 or 2 damage max (Robots do more than 1-2). Your healers will take care of that damage.
Again: Avoid using auto-attack, there is chance that your team will kill the target and then kill a low damage enemy. You don't want that because that means one more high-damage&hp enemy will come in 3 turns and the difficulty will increase immensely.
Make use of over-charge to gain more dmg & hp yourself, don't attack if you don't have to.

would be great if we could upgrade units to increase stats (like buying upgrades with points, combining units or sacrificing units to make others stronger)

The mobile version and episode 3 will support unit upgrades. Thematically, Undies' story arc in this episode set the stage for upgrading
