shoot the coconut on top of him, this game was way to easy, and i got all the cards and everything, but how do i get the extra mission?

For some reason, the game is black. not a black screen, but the game is black, everything is there, but it's all darken. I'm not going to play a game with a black screen. Apart from that, the game is crap. A piece of crap is less crappier then this game.

Theres a guy in the second or third window. Hes your target. You just have to shoot him at the exact right time in the head or else it wont hit him..;D

Now the fourth time through, all archievments. Its not too easy but Smoking Kills 2(please do it) could use some more missions and upgrades.
I love the bonus mission :)

hmm good game,
but I can't beat the driver mission..
I've tried everything
shooting the wheels, at the driver's place
I tried every window
NOTHING!
I don't get it where do I have to shoot at?

Bonus mission: collect all 9 cards, then click on cards in bonus menu, complete mission, then click continue to go back to desk.
