u have to beat it twice , because u have to do the first mission without sunglasses, and u need to to them all with them on.. so just do it twice, second time have them on all the time

The height of the General's speech is one and a half seconds long..? I remember it used to be at least 10, but once I aim at the General's face it says I failed to kill him at the height of his speech and the soldiers weren't scared into submission.. dunno what's wrong, but I don't have quick enough reflexes to shoot him that fast, and this is about my tenth or so time trying ._.
