The height of the speech is when he raises his left arm and talks about some fist. There is also a card near the left side (Your vision) of the speech post.

I don't like this game. 2/5. Although i find the plot line somewhat amusing =P
For the badges: Easy badge tells you what to do. Medium badge, click all the cards in the trophy room to go the bonus mission.

Ugh...
I understand that this game is meant to make fun of other sniper games...but COME ON KONG! As BoseXSteiner said, why does a 'JOKE' game get badges? What criteria does Kong use to decide what games get badges? I think the system needs an overhaul!

Card locations:
1. just above the killers head to the left.
2. far left of the seats.
3. top right of the tree.
4. on the side of the limo (it's really irritating)
5. to the right of your agent.
6. hard to see, but on the left, next to the the green cigarette and "smoking kills" paintings.
7. just below the stand, on the left. If you have a wooden stock for your gun, your reasoning will be successful.
8. top right of the red-black poster on the top.
9. easy: right of the screen. Can't miss it.
Note: you do not have to get the card THEN kill the person. you can hit the card, FAIL, then kill your target, and the card still counts. You can even continue the game after you beat it, and you still keep the cards you've gotten up to that point.

Badges don't work. No idea how to get the bonus mission even after completion of all regular missions. I liked the game though, so I didn't rate it lower for the poor badge implementation.

To get the Cardboard Killer Badge, shoot all nine cards, one in every mission. Then go to the trophy room, click on the cards, and a new mission briefing will come up. Just click continue, "shoot" your target, and head back to the trophy room, and hit continue. You may want to play the game a second time if you missed the cards, they aren't that hard to find.
