on toritoal you go to the place in the game where the TT2T3 (warhead) is launched at raze headquarters then go back to the launch pad (teh anti-gravity pad) then wait for the rocket... then when it hits you double-jump to the place where you started then you will unlock 4x health mode (on training level you automaticly have nomal starter weopons)

go to the bottom of the bottom of the map in the mission hold the fort a d use all your ammo on the bunch of trees after a couple of minutes of firing it will show the achievement at the top right of the game screen

@jjior: (This is a list of how to get the secret achieves and a free mode with each one for quick match) 4x Life; First, go to the first stage of the game in human campaign. follow through the level until you find the first jump pad. Jump on it all the way and run back to the pad and wait for a missle in the background to reach ground. Then, go back to the first area of the level (where you spawned). By that time you'll get the mode. ~LOLCat mode~; go to any level with an area named "frostbite day". Make a well placed hook jump up to the top of the level. go to the near-exact middle oh the top area and jump. If you don't go move around too much in the air, you'll've unlocked it. There are 2 more but there is not enough room in this comment for them. Try googling them. They are unlimited ammo and moon corpses which are actually quite good.

In the second last mission of alien campaign you are given a Frozen Death weapon but in the last level you get 3 powerups that could be get by anyone 2 dumb alies which can help a little and your facing a 500% health raze soldier that spawns with a rocket launcher and can kill you with 1 shot if you dont have adrenaline boost and 4 minutes to kill all of them.Realy could you atleast make his lives lower.

two bugs,or i call it so.first,player doesn't stop reloading during that period which is designed to let player get ready for the paused game.that means it lets player reload their weapons when others(also including the player) can't move.
next,your weapons stop using ammo but still can fire during the buff called "Rapid Fire".maybe it's designed to be like that.but it sounds crazy.
