good strategy is to push alot of small ice wayyy up high so that when later when they come down it'll b rainin at least 15m hail it workd for me

Unfair T^T I couldn't pop a weather baloon cuz it was in a skyscraper, i destroyed the skyscraper and a new one came at exact same spot, and it happend again, but i like my new record, hail on: 67 :3
