Description
Russia has elected a democratic and pro-western government. Rather than run the risk of sharing a border with a NATO and EU member, China has decided to invade Siberia and establish a buffer state. Suddenly, Russians find themselves fighting their own version of the Donbass War. Russians know that a frozen conflict with China will limit Russia’s ability to integrate with Western security and economic institutions. A brighter future for a young democracy is at stake, and Russians are determined to fight back.

I always fivestar this guy's games. Turnbased hexmap? Love it. Also, this scenario, China vs Russia over Siberia, is inevitable, though in real life the Chinese will just walk in and take it.
