My save games are like the spin of an e-. Some times I get the first spin and get my save that is far into the game. Sometimes I get the other spin and don't have anything. And sometimes I get the spin that has beta particles and nothing past it?

Found a bug. While watching the RP numbers increase I noticed that they dropped every once in a while. To be more accurate, I'm gaining about 50M RP per second but every 2 or 3 seconds I lose about 10M RP. I'm not sure if this is a display glitch or if I'm actually losing ~10% of my RP gains but something's not right here.

I agree with AlphaPT, let's disregard the inaccuracies in the science. Let's not disregard the inaccuracies in your math though Arkshija. I read your equation for the City Rating bonus and entered it in exactly two separate times in a Scientific Calculator. It came up wrong, both times. The only way I was able to get it to come up right was by entering in the wrong numbers. You have Research Tools being read as the level it's at, NOT as the percentage it gives you. So, instead of having +10%, you have +9%. While this is accurate to the bonus RT gives you, it's not accurate based on the math you're presenting there. Technically, I should be at 10% because RT + 1 = 10 (and for clarity's sake, RT at level 8 gives you +9% to your total City Rating bonus.) It should be going off the actual percentage it gives, NOT the level it's at. If that's how you intended it, just remove the +1 and make it the percentage bonus it gives, not the level it's at.

It didn't autosave to a CR 1, it loaded a file where I did not have the progress it should have had, and then autosaved over that so that there was no longer a file that had the further progress. It just did it again today.

Should ANTdentarg's "energy per launch" idea be implemented, please make it optional, as I prefer the current system.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
in reply to my last request, I understand the difficulty in displaying a per particle energy gain. Perhaps instead of energy per second, you could display information per launch? Such as energy gained, time elapsed, cycles, and maybe an average energy gained per second during that launch.

I would appreciate a more accurate measure for energy gained per second, as well as a per particle measure for energy gained per second. I can't determine if I should use Slow-M0 or not.

is there a way to leave/ cancel a challenge? i started one when i started the game and now i dont wanna have to restart but being stuck in the challenge makes it really hard to progress?

Tip for the Ghost Couples challenge: Park your mouse at one of the 2 apexes of the accelerator. The x-axis motion of the ghost particles will be nearly zero at these 2 spots making it easier to see when the ghost is under your mouse. Also, contrary to what I believed, you can complete the challenge with only the 3-ghost upgrade.

Would be nice if "Hide Max" actually hid the buttons properly ("removed" it from the game), now it just hides them, making a lot of blank space when you scroll down.
It removes, not hide, the think is that the container do not resize, but I tried to do that with vortex bonuses and now is working. I ll try to apply this to all scrolls ;)

What's exactly the requirement for the Vortex Labs? 2.71 Sp? Are you still working on the lab?
Also, a general guide for the challenges would be nice. I feel like I'm doing it wrong because I'm far away from completing the challenges.
I plan to let everybody see unlocked bonuses on vortex lab and 2.71Sp will unlock the button to start the vortex. Btw thrs a wiki for the game. Night is updating it and doing a great job, maybe soon he will add mroe info about challenges there and tips ;)

The 'challenge complete' popup says that the game will do a lab reset when you close it, which is fine for the active challenges, but it uses the same format for the passive challenges. I completed the ghost challenge and got the pop-up, and although the game didn't actually do a reset, I still had a mini-heart attack s I am well into a run and do not want a reset. I suggest you change the text to preven his from happening to other people.
Thanks!
yep, its just a wrong text (passive challenges do not reset lab), this is already fixed and will be released after the patch, I only hotfixed the pop up spam ;)

Local save keeps getting wiped every time I leave the page, and refreshing the page does *not* restore it. Seems if I'm to even attempt this game, I'll have to export every time I close the window. Any plans on fixing that issue?

I've been playing for about 2 weeks, and I decided I should chip in 20 bucks as thanks for the time I've spent plaything this game.
Works out to roughly a nickel and a penny an hour. In return, I get enough bonuses to outpace my last two week's DM production by an order of magnitude, over the course of a single workshift. Seems like a fair exchange.
The only question I'm left with... Does the "BoB" particle produce the Dobbs Field? I understand interaction with this field is what gives Fnords their mass.

Lost my save because it autosaved before I realized it bugged out and didn't load the correct file. There's gotta be some better way, this happens with so many games.
