@YOURNAMEHEREz That would take up all the fun of leveling up your weapon. However, I agree that it is rather annoying to grind on the same levels. I wish there was a regular survival mode so you could level up your character and weapons there, instead of doing the same levels again and again.

I know you're tired of making side-scrolling shooting games (he said so in reply to one of the comments on his profile page) and Verus Umbra is going to be an RPG, but, as a suggestion, you should release weapon packs and, maybe, character/campaign packs or something like that so we have something to hold over until the release of Versus Umbra 2. :)
I don't think (to put it VERY mildy) that all the people who have already paid for the content would be very happy if I made the content free tomorrow.

Really? Compare statistics between the guns in this game? That's like comparing a toaster to a George Foreman grill. They're totally different, have different uses, different. What's the point?
As jordab have already stated, it's hard to present statistics of the weapons when none of them have anything in common except for ammunition and damage, both which you can already see. Besides, I wanted the game to be more about getting a feel for the weapons though usage rather than cold math.

@TheSerenity I found it super easy if you just have your small blade shooter (cant remember the name and i'm writing this during a round) all the way upgraded use slowmotion while shooting it nonstop and hopping around the screen to avoid bullets.

game creator, i know you need to make a living on this game, but did you really need to make half the game only accesible through buying it? i mean, really?
Don't be so dramatic. The first 2 campaigns are free and the survival mode only requires you to go to another website while playing it and if you don't want to do that then it problably wasn't such a big deal to begin with.

I can't complete the challenge in world 2 - Desert eagle where you have to complete without taking more than 30 dmg, i'm not using any shields that may take dmg and i'm not getting hit at all, yet i'm not completing it :S? just need that last challenge ..

on the 1st level in the 2nd planet, it will not let me win the challenge and i dont think im taking dmg cause my bar isnt lowering but i have plastic shield and the other one so it might be that the dmg isnt showing up anyway, im really mad.

I'm not quite sure but I think from lvl 6 to lvl 10 weapons doesn't change (I mean visually) and maybe for other people this is not important, but I loved to see how my weapon kept changing when I was leveling up :D. Wouldn't it be nice if the changes didn't stop at lvl 5? ^^ Anyway, awesome game, 5 stars and fav :)
I had several reasons for not adding more graphic to the weapons and since I'm in such a good mood, I'll share them with you ^^
#1: Paradox mode was added very late in the process, so I didn't want to go back and spoil the design of the weapons.
#2: The weapons are already over-designed as it is. Adding more scopes, laser-sights and pointy spikes would just look stupidly silly.
#3: (Theory) Most people will ignore paradox mode and I wanted to focus more on the core experience (and premium items because I'm Scrooge McDuck apparently).

I agree about the lag/lack of responsiveness. I can't even get past the third stage because when the armored bee-things come out I lose keyboard control.

Is it just me or is the "Complete without losing more than 30hp" challenge NOT working? I even slowed down time, and made sure to miss EVERY single bullet. Can this maybe be fixed?

Divider + Freeze Grenade + Sadistic generator = Hilariously overpowered. Divider doesn't unfreeze enemies and every enemy squished gives you 5 energy so unlimited freeze grenades.

The fifth level on the second planet: You get weapon xp when the machine behind you kills enemies, surely this isn't intentional? It also adds to you Inventium multiplier. Is this caused by the perk that allows enemies to hurt each other? VOTE + SO DEVELOPER CAN FIX! :D
Hahaha. People really don't want me to fix this. Which I won't, so don't worry voters. ^^
But thank you for the heads-up. I kinda encourage people to exploit my system if they want to.

I just noticed after beating paradox mode 3 times in normal mode that there are still achievements left to be unlocked for the hard difficulty. How would you go about switching to a harder difficulty without reverting to a new save? After leveling everything up, it seems tedious to go for a harder difficulty, having to re-earn everything that you've just unlocked after 8 hours of gameplay just for 2 achievements.

Game play becomes laggy after awhile during each level, the overlay opens randomly for no apparent reason, weapon switching is really delayed etc.
Overall, sub-par.

@superred304: There is a perk that increases the chance of criticals attacks when performing headshots AND a gun that will do extra damage for headshots later in the game.
