for 'get off your seat' you just have to stand still and hold the jump button down for 10 seconds. for 'graveyard' hold jump while under the moving spikes and you'll keep dying as soon as you get reborn - eventually you'll manage to have 7 corpses on screen at the same time. it's also a quicker way to get >100 deaths.

munpo, graveyard is 7 kills on the screen at once. When the moving green spikes are heading to the left of the screen and you are on the beginning platform hold the up and left arrow and nothing else and do not let go, you will get many kills. Start holding the up and left arrows when it is just left of you and keep on holding till u fall, unharmed.
