I wish the game didn't pause itself because of a lack of activity, I'm trying to keep shooting for long enough time to collect 1,000,000 coins, but the game just decides to pause itself...this is not a good thing

Click & hold on the coinbox to start firing, move pointer out of window and release. Adjust aim back to coinbox. Autofire ahoy!

The coins froze in place, became un-collectable, and the box floated away as my workers wailed it with their swords :\ Sigh. Time to start over.

The badge is actually working, you just have to wait a couple minutes after you've finished the game and brought back to the main menu.

nayn cat ha that took forever aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh y so many people helping machine guns all at full and i finished in about an hour.
