Under rating threshold (show) Took me 53 minutes and 43 seconds to get ALL upgrades, plus an extra $1 million above what was needed for the nuke. Note: Keep graphics on low, and make sure you are NOT shooting when you shop, otherwise the game can lock up. That happened to me twice when I was nearly done before. *_*
