I just did number 21 in 2 shots. Place a triple bomb at the base of the wooden post on the left side. Then a shot to the roof of the castle killed everyone else.

It's even possible to kill everyone in one go, it isnt a hard level.
For 21, you can get 6/7 in one go. The last queen/ princess is hard, just keep trying to shoot at it. That one is luck.
