Why does one of the top comments spoiler the end of the game in every detail? There are always people who read the comments before they play to get some hints to solve the game - now their experience will be damaged in a irreparable way. Awesome game though.

I wasn't keeping that much track of the letters I collected, but as the game progressed I recalled a 'K' 'I' 'L' 'E' 'D' and 'M' 'E'. I thought OMG, that's so creepy. Will I have to organize them to figure out the secret between the robot and mother? And then the ending happened and I laughed and laughed.

I enjoyed the puzzle/platform aspect. The controls were pretty tight which was nice.
The only thing I didn't like about it was I could tell that the plot and atmosphere and whatnot was going to cause a bunch of insipid hipsters to gush about how beautiful and artistic it is. "Oh my goodness it's amazing, it's like a poem. It really tapped into my soul. When GlaDOS... sorry, I mean 'Mother' flipped out I was all like oh my goodness this is amazing, I cannot sleep tonight for I have viewed perfection and khjnoalkerfhealk;mhlksah"
But it was a really good game, basically what I'm saying is sometimes the commenters make me want to stab someone.

meh. I got bored of this one very quickly. Seemed to be extremely repetitive to me. Nothing to make me want to keep going and 'escape'.

what scares me most is that the mother/father/child all died... but how did they die.. and why were the mother and son brought back....? where is the father, how did he come into play when mother and son died... this game leaves so many untold questions... but the game is very good. it gives you the feelings of emptiness..sorrow, loneliness... and above all.. the hate towards that mother. 5/5...and this is a game that belongs in its own catagory... just like 'The Company of Myself'... these two emotionally in-depth games are one of a kind.

Awesome, so metroid inspired... One way falls, colored gates... Thinking of all the 2d metroids make me tear... This game is great

Haha at the end. If you collected all of the metal things, the thing at the bottom of the last room spells out "Kind Of Like Metroid"

How do I shoot yellow things? I just picked up the thing that lets me move sideways while ducked. I missed the instruction.

haha its a good game but while i was crawling through the room with "hope." on it my player starting going through the walls and fell through the bottom of the maze into the darkness... hmm but other than that good game

The game is so artistic. There needs to be more games like this on Kong, ones that make you FEEL something. On a lighter note, K.O.L.M. probably stands for Kid Of Lousy Mother

I like how you can escape even before damaging the core. It makes you miss some game-completion and some valuable story element, but it's a fun little easter egg.

One of the creepiest parts for me is the very, very beginning. When he is a sad little robot with no eyes or legs, and he can only scooch along pathetically.

Wow... Honestly, I haven't felt like this from playing a game... ever. Which really surprised me, especially from a flash game, to be honest. Amazing game. I actually really FELT the sadness in the game, kind of.. pulsing through me, I guess. The story is so... Simple, yet so deep and captivating. And when the place going to blow up, I felt scared, and I felt the NEED to escape. Brilliant game. 5/5, definitely a 5/5.

Am I the only one who gets this? The kid was very evil. (K.O.L.M.) He killed his Mom and Dad for power. Mom is still alive since genius K.O.L.M. forgets to check if she is dead. Good Ol' Mom kills all her children into those little enemies that want to beat the crap out of you. Mom turns herself into a computer to take revenge and traps evil K.O.L.M. in her old house where he killed her. K.O.L.M. now awake in the house, has no memory of killing her. Now he thinks his Mom wants to help him...

Wow... that was incredible...
Great job. I really would like to see some sort of prequel to know what truly happened.
