Who here wasnt shaking and having their heart beat a million times a minute when you came to the core? ( Trying not to ruin it for those who havent played ). Very fun game, 5/5 dont change a thing.
... you're right...

I wanted to see what would happen if I chose not to escape.. to die like a good boy like mommy wanted:
Timer just went to the negatives.
The author didn't think people might obey their parents!

Continued from above...
This game, however, had me genuinely intrigued about what the heck was going on with this strange mother/robot-son relationship, the whole ruling the world thing, and just about every other element of the story. However, I think the best part of the story was that nothing was ever explicitly given away, so that I get to draw my own conclusions.
Anyway, very nice game. Even if the gameplay itself was a little too familiar to “Robot wants (blank)” series for it's own good, I definitely enjoyed it much more, simply because I felt I was playing through a thoughtfully crafted work of art, rather than a tired old child's toy. 4/5
P.S. I totally agree with the title of the game! I was thinking that for about 80% of the game! I'll laugh every time I see one of the games in that series now! =)

Excellent music. Not overtly creepy, but gave the feeling of a lonely, insecure atmosphere. Fresh visuals. (The backgrounds look like mosaic Damascus steel to me.) I loved how different it felt thanks to the unusual art style, which was somewhere between the overused (and oft misused) pixel style, and a sleek, rounded, Apple Mac kind of look, combined with the novel "camera" view idea that had the screen moving around as you moved. (Very cool!)
The last thing I loved about this game was the the story. Too many games like this try to be touching/moving by using an unsettling/mysterious art style, and an abstractly tragic story, often coupled with some kind of irrelevant message of hope at the end. Continued...

Glitchy as shite. Managed to get past a section I shouldn't have been able to by simply dying and then running through bullets while invincible.

Oh, nevermind. I played through the entire game and never realized that I could shoot upwards(by holding the up arrow while shooting). >_>

Ok, I posted my previous comment prematurely. I thought that the bomb/countdown bits were after the win screen, but I didn't get them at all. Did I get a bad ending? (or, did I get the good ending?) I just ran back to the starting place and went left through the yellow gate. I tried to get that glowy ball thing in the red area, but couldn't get the right angle to shoot the yellow bars from, so I gave up. Was that wrong?

The game title mind effed me. i was like, this game seems so familiar with these recognizable monsters and abilities...

Very nice atmosphere. 5/5
How did you guys manage to get negative points? I got 3760, and that was with taking almost an hour to play and losing 29 lives!

I have the pink blaster and the duck-and-slide move, as well as the dash and double-jump moves. In the red section, there's a fall that leads into water. The water is in the shape of a y (a little bit) and it's one block too high for me to escape. I've tried several times and I'm certain that there's no way for me to get out.

The timer counts backwards 00:0-1 when u did not escape on time. I thought it was gonna blow up the whole thing and u die, I was waiting for another ending
