Unbelievably different is an understatement! The music reminds me of a delicate RPG medley, whereas the gameplay has a certain Metroid feel to it. Combining these concepts with a twist on point-of-view perception makes for an enjoyable experience.

the twist of what K.O.L.M. stands for was pretty good, because I was thinking it all along. The music also reminded me of parts of Final Fantasy 3/6, the snow towns and such. Maybe if it flowed better between rooms it would have been better though.

I would like this game more if it could be sped up some. The robot moves much too slow for me. That kills what enjoyment I could have in a game like this where you have to run around to different rooms collecting stuff. It takes too long. Other than that the game is ok. Nice music, atmosphere, and plot although I couldn't finish the game to see the rest of it.

I got Golden Plasma Cannon, died from the robot, then went back to entrance, got badge, played again, and i appeared on the next room, i saw core but i wasnt inmortal yet :<

Lol, the whole time untill the room with the final collectable I had no idea you could shoot upwards by holding up and shooting. That would of helped a ton.

For anyone who can't collect all the secret letters:
K.O.L.M. - K(ind) O(f) L(ike) M(etroid)
100% is really fun to get, there's a bit of backtracking, but that's what makes this game good.
Backtracking is not boring, cause you always have a new power or you're going to get a new power that you couldn't get before, which makes it that much better. 5/5

Very simple, but lots of texture. Solid design. I enjoyed this a lot. The effects mostly, as there are many similar Flash Metroid-likes out there (although this is a good example), and Give-Up-Robot style 'strange computer protagonists', but they brought an atmosphere which set it apart (as well as the creative use of level design.)

Nice game. Thanks to the communnity for giving no spoilers =D
Great game, doesnt need anything new, but you could have writen alot of other stuff on the wall before we had eyesight and saw it when we were escaping. Well since people seem to be sharing scores I got a 2420

That robot reminded me of Pip from South Park before the end. Good game, nice plot twist and all in all decent thing to spend time doing :)

"Oh, Mother, you do say such things..." If my mom was like this, I'd probably die. And his parts are EVERYWHERE. I wonder how it's got to feel to know that you're walking right by a peice of yourself but you can't get it yet.
