Depending on what Class you have
Bio Class- Not an expert here but try using Disrupt (max it out) I am not sure but I heard thats good for the baron
Psychological Class Put 2 Traumatize skills in ur set Psycopath form and Free Will (I went down the Path of darkness for this class so...)
1. Use Traumatize (this kills 30 focus if maxed)
2. Skip ur turns untill traumatize is over
3. Use Traumatize again
4. Skip ALL your turns until he depletes his focus (unless ur hurting and Veradux,which is a dumb@$$ , isnt healing you, use Free Will)
5. Baron uses his skill which kills his health
6. Repeat step 4 until his Self killing debuff is over.
7. Repeat steps 1-6 Unless you need more Focus (in which case use psyco form to heal and gain focus)
Free Will only cost five so calculate all the focus Traumatize uses and how much focus u get in Psyco form to effectively use Free will.
This battle is all about patience,
basically, Stun,SKIP (a lot) and heal

For all the people who STILL don't know how to kill the Baron, just destroy his focus. The rest is pretty straight forward.

holy crap... leagend achievement is to play on heroic mode without.... any training fights... thts hard and pacifist is only doing >2000 dmge in a battle

The Baron Battle is messed up... the baron killed me and then started killing himself but Roald was left and Roald Killed him by himself

Baron's easy if you re-spec to fight him..
all you need is disrupt, and maybe maxed out agile exposure...
Oh yea, I got the "defeat captain" badge when I defeated Baron... I thought your supposed to defeat Captain Hunt for that..
