Under rating threshold (show) If you mean the mayor Dragonblade, I can only tell you how I beat it with my speed bio (this was for imposs badge). I used the toxicant form + shadow meld + agile exposure + withdrawal, crystalizing the mayor to buy time for withdrawal to refresh. I got rid of the claw first.
