@Larohar: Oh thank god! lol I was racking my brain about how I was going to do 1000 damage a turn while keeping up stunlock against an enemy dealing upwards of 5000 damage to my 7000~9000 HP characters. :P

Wel, the AI is improving. In Sonny 1, I thought the games biggest downfall was the allies having one personality (healer, assassin, etc) and following that to the letter. In Sonny 2, they respond very well to the extreme defensive and offense tabs, so you get to play around with their use a bit

@Larohar, can you train after you get the LEgend title and still get to Corrupter? I haven't trained yet and I'm having a lot of trouble on the twin guardian fight due to sheer lack of strength

It does seem the classes as they are are a bit unbalanced, as with the first game. Also, the fact that it takes 10+ rounds of combat to take down similar level foes, especially the 'more powerful' storyline foes who show up in training afterwards, just sucks all the joy out of it. It's turn based rpg, but without a lot of bells and whistles, which makes it.. very dry.

Oh, and I have to say that the AI still makes some really stupid choices. Like why to use Focus recovering move when it still has either full Focus or plenty of it?
Also, this one AI character has a stunning move, but it won't use it but in rare occasions. Why is that?

yesss! did it (Over the Ashes) as a "psychological". a lot of trial and error, kinda frustrating at some points... in addition to figuring out the best abilities, some fights required a lot of luck. but well, impossible badges are not supposed to be easy, right? ;) 5/5 of course.

It's a good game but hardly the best game ever. There are only little differences from the first game and the story is plain stupid. Sure, I like RPGs, but still, there is something missing from Sonny 2 but I just can't put my finger on it...

Explain first 7 or 8 moves were all misses until I died and my opponent didn't have any speed boosts at all and I'm 3 lvls higher then them.

Well, theres pretty high, and then there's higher than your opponent. I'd guess you put more into your Strength since as a bio its your main modifier, so your enemies probably still have higher speed than you, especially the ones that use a Speedx2 or Speedx4 ability

Don't rate a game down just because you don't understand the mechanics that are clearly in labeled in teh instructions...

@Jackdaw: Speed determines your accuracy. If you're playing on Heroic with a Bio class (Physco doesnt miss since most magic is 100% accurate), you're going to miss a lot if you dont have an accuracy build. I found it to make the game really difficult if you're going for Legend. If not you can train up and keep leveling speed, but if you want Legend I'd advise using Psycho.

@Iran: The "silly" adversaries are clever references taken anywhere from 18th century German literature (Gregor) to modern day movies (Bunny and Doctors Leath and Hedger)
As for the repetitive gameplay, it's only repetitive if you arent playing on Legendary difficulty (Heroic with no training) THEN you actually have to use strategy or you will never win. Which makes this game epic 5/5

Kingcon, you cant get to zone 7 because to get there you cant EVER use training or replay bosses until you get the "legend" achievment.Sorry :(

Saying it's a the best game ever isn't true. It's properly the most hyped and one of the most popular games and one of the most popular sequels on Kongregate, but don't force your opinions on others. This is where the comments on the last game went a bit nuts. Good game.

Using Insecurity against the baron as a Psychological does about 8k per turn when he's regaining his focus, Hippo. ;)

Why does everyone whine about the baron? Just watch your health and fight him like any other enemy and you will do fine because later in the battle he goes insane and kills himself.

nice completed it at long last (cant get to zone 7 but hey) got through zone 6 with some difficulty. The judge wasnt hard at all.
