I didn't have to get Captain Hunt to retreat to win. I just owned him and his allies. He(Dead Allies) had only like 400 hp left. That's when I finally left.

Ok seems everybody asks "omg how to baron how to baron" I'll give detailed tips for each class.
BIO: Start with disrupt. He'll use a move wich deals him massive damage over time but restores focus. When the buff goes off, Disrupt again. If he gets holy scars on himself, Disrupt again so he auto-kills himself.
PSYCHO: Use Haunt on keep, and keep usint Shock Traumas to destroy his focus. Use Shock Traumas ONLY when the debuff is off else you will deal him only 50% of damage.
HYDRO: (Incase you transfered from Armorgames). Same as BIO, but instead of Disrupt keep spamming Regulate.
Remember to equip Disrupt / Shock Trauma / Regulate as much times as you can in your actionbar.

ALSO THE BARON IS NOT HARD!
to beat him with biological, keep using disrupt because he will do 4518 damage every turn to himself.
and when he uses holy scars, use disrupt, and if youre lucky, he will do 50000 domage to himself.

lol me+ veradux vs police colonel i couldnt heal myself(veradux could he had enuf focus) nd i put him to heal me and he didnt with 5 HP!!!

It's not called impossible for nothing, you know... and with the right tactics and a lot of respecs it's really far from impossible

this game is very popular but the impossible achievement has only 3k success... that's veeery hard strategy to win heroic with no training or fight repeats

Im in red health, set Veradux to heal and he doesn't heal 3 turns in a row and i die...He had alot of focus too...Bad AI..
