John to beat that doctor it took me like half hour because is very hard to know when he get heal.Try when he have 2.46xxxxx and when he is lower at health use when he get 56 mana or 18 after use Disrupt on him and use and break on him.

To kill baron drain his mana, and when you deplete it he will put a spell on himself that hurts him for a bunch. Rinse, repeat...
