Every1 on sonny 1 there is a glitch. Here is how u do it. You die on first lvl(First fight) then it will give you all achievements , just in case you want some extra points.

Lightning is more powerful but shadow is more tactical, so if you want quick easy kills then go with lihgtning, but if you want to do it tactically and effectively more safely, then go with shadow

Man, psych. is pretty good, with all of the lightning powers boosted to the max. Although I haven't played bio. yet, so I don't know if that's the best.
