To beat the baron I recommend putting Disrupt (The Focus Sapping move) on your action bar twice, and alternate between stuns (Crystallize and Break) while Disrupt is cooling down (Stunlock ftw)

easiest way to kill baron is to use an ability that drains HIS focus this way he is constantly using his focus regen abilities and therefore killing himself faster

@ cjocj well i didnt find the barron hard but it was a bit tedious... untill that holy thing started happening to him...

lol you guys do know how to beat the baron right kill all his focus then he buffs himself which takes away like 3200 each turn and then he has another buff with makes u hit him at like 1k

i've just defeated the baron using a psyco. you "only" have to resist and use your most powerful attacks which recover health. use "corruption" and morphs.

BIOLOGICAL IS USELESS AGAINST THE BARON??????? IT HAS DISRUPT
on the other hand, psicho has traumatize
and hidro had only regulate, but with the two freezes u can kill the baron anyway (give hidro a try on arm, it is the best class)

it IS possible to kill Baron without killing his instinc and spending forever training but takes several tries so quit your whining and complaining that biological is useless because thats how I beat it. Just keep attacking and put veradux on healing and let'em fly.

Lol. Crystallize is awesome. Everybody, remember that even if a shielding effect says it blocks all damage, it actually absorbs a set amount. That value is high, but if all ur guys are hitting hard on em (with damage-taken-boosted de-buffs like Agile Exposure of course), then the sheild weakens. with Crystallize, that means hes STILL stunned, but u can hurt him. its also useful for either getting someone out of the battle temporarily, or stopping someone from using super-buffs to TKO u.

HOW the hell do i kill the Police Colonel in the city??? im Biological. i am lvl 25 and i am wearing full dark armor (Physical Peirce) from the tunnel. im using Ruby and Crimson Blades. my speed and strength are both over 200. i tried using Crystallize when he goes Blazing, but that just prolongs the pain. HE GOES BLAZE AND THEN 1-hit KO's me/my allies. and his hp regen move is instant... no chance to Subvert. ... unless their is a specific hp he casts it at... if so TELL ME! ive killed a ton, but i cant pass him!

The Barron is utterly, utterly impossible. Just no fun whatsoever. I've tried dozens of times and the best I've ever gotten is to knock him down to about 25% health. Heroic difficulty, psyche character.
