Having a problem, keeps telling me to upgrade my flash player, which is already flash player 10. Go to Adobe site, re downloaded it 4x so far. Anyone else?

My game keeps losing all my equipment. I've tried restarting, different ways of doing things, etc., but it will sporadically forget that I have equipment, including guns, making it impossible for me to continue playing the game.

I have a problem...
The game kept telling me that if I thought the games graphics were crappy, that I should upgrade them... Well, I still though they were crappy, and I tried to upgrade them, but I couldn't... Please help. All of the graphics related upgrades were at level 5.
