I have 3 gun turrets, 2 missile modules, 2 magnetons, 2 lightning cores, 2 agility panels and they're all Fully upgraded

They missed a huge opportunity to not charge us for each DLC - er, upgrade we had to purchase. Fun concept, short game. 4 tusks out of 5.

At the start of the game, it says "you must upgrade your decision-making powers" but I can't find how and I've played through it already

There is an easy glitch in this game where you buy a ship item, and click on the sell button without placing it down. You can sell the item twice, so you are able to get double the money.
