Played this game 2 days ago before the achievements/badges were introduced. Just had to open the game again and play wave 20/20 once, and got all badges at once. You should reset game data, or run a script to erase it locally if data saved already, or even set up another local database for save states.
I just don't understand why 4.48 for a 2D shooter with a metagame inside... maybe ppl here have never played atari before.
Game gets a lot easier as you upgrade weapons, so, not challenging at all. Due lag of lightning and clouds, its even easier to completely clear a wave.

It was an amazing run, but I fear it was a little short. I managed the 110% (which had me confused, since I was looking for 100, but that's part of what made the game awesome) in little under 30 minutes. For getting every achievement and all of that, that wasn't long at all. If you ever make an Upgrade Complete II you should definitely make it at least twice as long. Believe me, nobody will mind if it rocks as much as this one did!

Awesome. This is a great parody of all the games that have needlessly convuluted upgrade systems, and yet is strangely addictive and fun at the same time. 5/5 man!

I find a certain irony that this game is a message about upgrade systems not being the heart of what makes a "good game", while this game gets great reviews for its upgrade system. That said, great game and upgrade system!

i achieved an achievement before i had achievements, i think that an achievement shouldnt pop up that i have one achieved if i dont have bought the achievements yet ( btw, yes i know achie.... ) :P

I agree with everything Karst just said. There are easy badges that are harder to get than these medium badges,,,The game play is laughably easy. There is no story. If there were a story that the author was able to make "meta" I would be more impressed. If you could upgrade the story of the game from something written by an 8 year old non-native English speaker, into something that sounded like it was written by F. Scott Fitzgerald, that would be an interesting metagame. And the sound kinda sucked too. 1 of 5
