The game is certainly fun and does make a good point, buuuuuut... 1st place is way overrated. It's just the 'new game mania' anyway. Happens with every new game that's even half decent.

Only coming back to say that even though I had fun playing this, I just can't believe something like THIS threw Music catch 2 out of the highest rated games list at the homepage...

Best game ever. The only thing I didn't like was the game. Way to repetitive. And once you get the right things for your ship ( 3 Magnet's fully upgraded and at least 4 fully upgraded missiles ( worked for me ) ) it's boring. Way great game though :P. 1000 Seconds dead on and 110%.

Concept unlike any other EVER seen ANYWHERE.
It's a really new gaming experience to buy your music and mute buttons...
It feels like the final stage graphics could have been a *little* bit sharper...they seemed just a bit fuzzy and not very well defined.

More seriously, this game cracks me up. I love that someone developed a whole game just to grind his own personal axe of how silly he thinks upgrades are, and how ridiculously Pavlovian most casual gamers are in responding to them.

i would have liked another upgrade option have shot/explosion/cash collection sounds and to only mute the music and keep action sounds

I love it. I had ti get up in the middle to use the restroom and didn't know there was a timer so I scored a 2989 it would have been about 1500 if I ran to the BR lol.

such a funny game
my suggestions for new players:
Stick with a graphics mode you like w/good music. Try upgrading your ship the most. after you get to level 20 you can do it over again and again to upgrade everything else. It was a really great game, and especially funny that you had to get everything. :D 4.5/5 only because no shot or explosion sounds existed. That would have really made it great. :D

wow! this game is amazing! 5/5! I made myself have homing missiles for all my weapons (maxed out) and magnet and boosters maxed out ^^! hope you make another one! I hope your very happy with this game ^^
