At some point on the last mission there were atleast 20 destoyed tanks all in the same small area

to get achievement easy to let the germans surrender :small map, 2 trenches, no mines ,only machinegunners and rifleman and make machinegunners full your trench and wait until german attack kill them and after that attack after it and get their trench and then wait half a hour

I agree with moto on this. Even on hard AI the AI still makes some totally irrational decisions.
Charging a trench filled with machine gunners with only one or two units of rifleman. dropping bombs on an advancing wave of troops instead of dropping in front of the wave (were the wave will be by the time the drops start hitting). basic stuff like that. Oh and I dont think the Ai handles the game differently depending on the unit settings. for example i've turned off tanks and support and it still spreads its units out instead of building up forces.

Freaking awesome game. Being a huge history buff and having researched the World Wars extensively, this is the PERFECT game for me! I'd love to see more history-based games like this in the future! :D 5+/5

if this is taking you an hour to beat one mission you are doing something wrong. try using assault instead of riflemen in the later levels - they do more damage to tanks. also, use gas near the enemy's spawn to kill their reinforcements (except for tanks) and to lower their morale.

at the last second the enemy sent a tank right when my soldiers got to the other side and killed them after one hour of brutal warfare.

the mines in this game r very un realistic cuz if they worked on soldiers they shouldnt have orked on tanks their anti-personel mines and anti-tank mines either way great game 5/5

ugly ai...why is the morale low and the team surrenders when the units are 5m from the right side and no enemy is there? whats Up? that's very stupid

when my soldiers were defending a trench the german troops just walked past them and won the battle. WTF they diddnt even shoot!

as your men advance to victory when the ground is almost taken 1 squad left low morale 1 german sniper says"im the master sniper"holds his breath and fires kills your squad loses morale you lose

(lvl 9) Men in THEIR last trench (mine) Tank (mine in front of it) Their morale almost gone. All of a sudden. Your morale was depleted............ gtfh and try again......

hahaha barely made it! i had 1 gropu of guys in trenchs (all on level 9) and 2 tanks and no enemys and then i c my moral going down! turns out, the 5 groupse of guys i requested were getten blown 2 a million pieces so i moved my guys in trenches to the spawn on their side and one da game!!! WOOT WOOT! :D :D

1 way to win without fire support is keep 3 squads of riflemen in 1 trench with just riflemen and machine gunners on your riflemen are like executors then they use 1 bullet each and kill a whole german squad on the first mission

The Germans are magicians. They walk up to my trench with an assault team and machinegunner team in it, my troops COMPLETELY disregard them, the Germans walk OVER the trench like a bunch of Jesuses, and take my ground. What is this, I don't even.
