I just lost with full morale and my trench filled with 3 squads. I can honestly say that was the dumbest loss I've ever had and I don't even know why.

WERE ALL GONNA DIE!!! *sargent* KEEP IT TOGETHER PEOPLE MOVE MOVE MOVE! *bullets zip around everywhere* (they get to trench) *corperal* SAFETY!!! (bullet rips through helmet just as he jumps into the trench) *private* OOOOH GOSH WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!! *frantic machinegunner struggles to maintain fireing speed* *commander* lets move!!!* * jumps out of trench* *SCREEEEEECH SHABOOOOOOOM!!!! *commander gets hit by artillery shell* siggy finnally manages to call in artillery... *sargent* MOVE MOVE MOVE OUT OF THE TRENCH!!!! *everyone jumps out of trench* and then... the preveously called in arty falls short...

Some levels are hard, but it's a g-r-e-a-t game, and it takes place in my favorite war!: 1st world war! (If it's in it... It sure looks like it.)

What I like about this game is how realistic it is. Most of the details of trench warfare are reproduced. This is one of the best free WWI games on the internet.

Soldier(Me) : "Sir ! They are bringing heavy fire , should we camp at the trench?
Captain : "Now that's not how we roll soldier , we go out there , we may be shot at and shredded to pieces , but hey , at least we aren't crowded!"
Soldier(Me) : Yes sir! (this bitch.....)

Assault = Close-range but can capture trenches easily
Riflemen = Long-range but mediocre
I find that Assault Squads are better because of their versatility (plus grenades :3)

This game could be much better. The cover system needs to be overhauled entirely. Only three units? The upgrade systems sucks as well and seems to do nothing to improve how good the soldiers are.

Welp so much for trying to beat this game. Launch a tank as soon as it's available, lose because the tank accounts for 90% of the morale. Try launching only the war assets and then sending out a mass of rifleman when the battlefield is totally clear, lose because they keep exploding for no reason. Try luring the enemy soldiers out to my spawn first and then launching the tank, lose and waste two extra minutes in the process.
I see that people have completed it but I don't get how. I just don't understand the last mission, the people die for no reason.

If you have any custom battle, with tanks, you are guaranteed to lose. The enemy will spawn tanks AND infantry, at the same exact time, and will dish out tanks as fast as MGs. Because SOMEONE thought it would be a great mechanic, to allow the ONLY ENEMY IN THE GAME TO DEFY IN-GAME LIMITS. ESPECIALLY ON EASY DIFFICULTY.
