GAH!!! Three times already... this game won't save for me. It hates me, I get to the last level each time, then have to stop... and it doesn't save so I always have to start over.

good game but the last lvl is gay i had 2 tanks at the end of the stage and a crapload of my troops were goin in to take the win..... then a bomb explodes my tank and all 5 troops of mine surrender due to lack of morale WTF?

tip voor veel upgrades aan het begin:
in level 1 zet 3 groepen mannetjes in de trench en dan heel lang latenspelen steeds als er een groep dood is vervangen. dan krijg je veel exp

I liked it quite a bit. Good concept, fairly well executed, like I'd expect from ConArtist. Morale seems a bit wonky, yes, but if you keep an eye on it, you can counter it with officers/tanks. The only thing I wish was that after I got about 19 upgrade points, I couldn't get anymore. Was hoping to keep beating lvl 9 over and over again and unlock all the upgrades.

there is acutally some element of strategy...... tips like storing ure troops so u get a wave of 6 teams of assulters backed up by endless stream of firesupport fooder :3

quite amusing. indeed sometimes a bit random. would like more control over units, which sometimes have themselves killed 1 step away from an empty trench (go on you idiots!)

this games gay.. its so fricking slow and boring. all i do is click stuff and hope they do something.. games where you have to read a 150 page manual to play are not cool

Excuse me, mission 9, not 8. The final mission, with all the barbed wire on your side, and the two trenches on their side.

90% of the time on mission 8 no matter what combination of units or support you use, you lose before you can get to the trench. Soldiers die out of NOWHERE and they use strikes on the tank so everything dies, then they just send in the mass of units they accumulate all safe on their side (WHICH ARE IMMUNE TO MINES?)
1 TIME out of 20, I got to their trench with 100% morale AND a tank, yet still lost thanks to their incredibly overpowered strikes and soldiers. Morale loss, even using upgraded officers, is incredibly unbalanced, because mines and strikes kill at least 90% of your units before they can do ANYTHING to the enemy. Then the remaining 10% (if that) that get through, vs the enemies 100%, NEVER stand a chance.
THIS GAME TAKES NO SKILL, ITS ALL LUCK. Click the buttons, roll the dice and watch a preset number generator heavily stacked against you, kill all of your units. -_-
I would have no problem if it was just incredibly difficult. BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER how SKILLED you are.

lolz i put 2 sets of bombardments on the last trench, only 3 soldiers left there ... i let loose 3 squads and they run up and stick their hands in the air.

"gay game. its just luck if u win. the cooldown for sniper is way to long and only 1 of them. bombs drop randomly they just never hit where u tell them to its just plain gay 2/5"
War was never ment to be fair
