An excellent game, only surpassed by the sequel.
Tip to an easy win: stack 3 assault teams in a trench, train a 4th one and release the others from the trench when the 4th is over it: massive firepower. For tanks: don't forget support.

Sorry if that comes out pedantic, but the British never actually went into trench wars with the Germans in WWI ? It was actually the French and the German who went at it for 4 years over North-Eastern France. ______________________________________________________________________________
Actually, Britain was in the war from 1914. If you are going to complain that the game is inaccurate, check if you're the one who's got it wrong first.

great strategy at least works for me get three assult units entrenched then just charge them to the enemy spawn point ps upgrade there gernades too

plz make a retreat button, extremly annoying when u send all ur solders out , then they get held up, so i send gas at the enemy, it kills the enemy but then my forces just dicide to ramdomly run into the gas, then i have to wait another 3 min to get my 2 lewis gunners and sniper back, up if you agree.

What the hell? There was literally constant mortar fire on my team during round 2. No pauses at all. Glitch, or overpowered?

Im getting sick of the Germans getting Mortars 5 seconds into battle. I have barely taken the first trench, and I loose all of my guys! How is this fair? I reallize that a game is supposed to be hard, but is anyone else finding this annoying?

okay so i own the entire level 9 im like this is awsome!! Then like 20 guys and my tank go to last trenth they send out 1 squad kill 1 of my squads and my entire like 20 squads surrender.... >.< thumbs up if im not the only one that gets mad at this.

on lvl 9 the germans completely destroyed my tank befor it got to the 1st wires.... i lost 30 seconds in and i did everything right...

too bad you can't replay any of the levels already won. Just to see if having all the upgrades really males that much a difference. great game though!
