This is idiotic. If i lose i don't get any xp, then how the hell am i supposed to upgrade anything to win if i don't get xp? And besides i was about to win, 1 unit left the last trench, but those idiots surrendered. What the heck?

Ignore it, private, just walk over the trench like it's not there and take no damage, then capture their base anyway. Now do it four more times in a row. And be glad this isn't a game, because if it was, the player would be absolutely pissed right now.
