again i say that the morale screws over the game! just haveing all the trenches should be win but NOO an artillery strike comes in at the last second litterally and my men surrender! do something about that!

i dont really like it...all you do is put three groups in the trench and wait pretty much and if you dont then you just keep dieing and eventually lose because your moral is low

simple way...
command 3 sets of troops - 1 sniper, 2 of the 1st one u get in the trench.
next...
get an assualt and machine gun to move foward.
mortar/whatever support fire at WHERE THE ENEMY comes out.
make sure the trenches have no people 1st.
once u overtake the 2nd trench, command all ur troops to the 2nd one...
when the coast is clear, command 1 or 2 sets to the front... take the enemy ground...
the game is all urs

it brings out the bleakness of the war, but without a boring history lesson. It reminds me a lot of Company of Heroes Opposing Fronts, especially when an officer is near a squad, and the stars appear- that is just ripped out of COHOP. However, the graphics were awesome, and it is a marvellous game. 5/5.

my men were fine we had atleast 6 groups of assault troops in the fiel alongside a mark IV they were kicking a kraut tanks ass hen morale depleted -.- the tank was all i needed to destroy then i would of completed game this morale system needs a few tweeks like if your side has a large number of troops should count a bit towards morale

Whilst this is a great game, there are a few parts which are near impossible, but it explains that with the hint 'war isn't always fair' so it still gets 5/5 from me xD

There should be more tactic involved and moral bar should be enhanced to be more accurate. Otherwise excellent game!!

nice game, but the moral bar is completely stupid and has no purpose but make the game more difficult. Tanks are unfair!!!

4/5 Great game! but on the last level morale is lowered to fast and the germans artillery strikes/mortars are way to accuracte and take out like 3 squads at once. Other wise great game

kinda sucks becuz enemy gets very powerful mortar and arty, comes b4 yours and prettty much wipes out ur entire force

Tank, art and gas give a real morale boost if u uses it and an real morale decrease if u get attacked by it. therefore no need for germans alive for morale to go down.

Not a bad game, my only comment is as with others the morale calculation.
Just had all 4 trenches on the field completely full, not a German in sight, my MK IV was merrily trundling along to take the last bit of ground and it got destroyed by Anti Tank shell. All my men surrender, the cowards, I hope they all got shot at dawn!

not bad if it is a beta game. Not sure why my morale kept going down so rapidly on the last level - it didn't much on the previuos levels. Naturally like most others I'm looking forward to a finished game and badges!
