another tip: using only lewis gunners, and the occasional tank/ assault team is more than enough. officers, snipers etc are just a waste imho. And try to get the 40% faster firepower resupply upgrade - it helps tremendously! only 3 points but mortars, artillery, gas AND antitank resupply way faster. Especially useful against tanks, large groups of infantry or just for wearing down enemy morale.

The German campaign was easier for me, played it on ArmorGames. You don't get as much fire support but you can overwhelm them with trops. Keep upgrading the sturmtruppen (bomb squad), they kick ass in sufficient numbers.

very nice gameplay... just wish there were some more strategic options. For the people having trouble beating it: there are multiple ways of defeating it. I heard others say they fought agressively and put all points in unit upgrades and they did fine. I used a more defensive/morale based strategy, putting all points in fire support, and did fine as well. Last level should be played defensively, but once you hammer everything down with fire support, don't hesitate to end it by taking the ground. best of luck

british campaign is too easy, try the german over at armourgames... it says hard but that too was a piece of cake... i love the game though... extra hard campaign please?

really fun could do with a few comands that u can give to troops out of the trenches like take cover or something. would really like to see a WW2 trench warfare 1 it would be sweet

Last level's pretty easy. Build one tank right away, then send wave after wave of assault troops. Use support fire to punish the shit out of their rear trench and the tank that they send. Before you know it, you can advance your assault troops to take enemy ground. Short, quick, decisive.

o nthe last lvl just keep sending tanks as soon as possible and bomb the shit outta the german tanks with fire support

-_- strat for the last level is to not send units. Just enough to prevent losing all ground - wear enemy morale out with support fire.

Nice game, pretty easy if you know what you're doing though. I put all my exp into the infantry upgrades and did fine. The last level took a few tries, but I got it eventually. Overall, fun, a decent challenge, little too short, but a great play while it's there. 9/10

... and p.s. I did it differently than the recipes here. My last assault was tank,tank,assault,assault (with the last one turning out unnecessary), with antitank and gas and mortar sprinkled as needed.

Basically as far as highscores are concerened all you need are three snipers and a trench....and all the rest is history

The trick of winning the last battle is: not send in a tank right away, send firs two or three assaults, then a tank (PS: you may need some support)
