I like that it doesn't sugarcoat what's going on. War is bloody, explosive hell. I'll admit that I probably wouldn't be playing this without the very well named Healthy Dose of Perspective card challenge, simply because I'm not a fan of blowing people up. This game's strength in that regard is that it's realistic, but not to the degree of gory. Well done.

Pretty fun. A bit easy at times, and the fire support only added to the game. Didn't expect to like it, but it was fun.

First time around, i got a perfect game, no losses.
Then they added a card and badges, and it took me three tries to get the final battle right.

I don't care about realism but artillery strikes should be shorter and more effective. They are really dumb now since you deny whatever area you bomb to yourself and aren't even that likely to kill any enemies.

DCbongo, you can only have 3 squads in a trench at once. if it's locked, last one called cuts through. If it's unlocked, then the one who has been there longest makes room.

mmxmm, I had the same deal. In fact, I beat the game late last night. 12 hours later, I have to do it all over again. But it's a great game, so totally worth it.

ARRG! I had an army of 3 rifles and 3 assault, and was about to destroy them, and 3 mines exploded, killing all my assault,BUT NOT HARMING ANY OF MY RIFLES!

Before badges were installed game played fine, now once I click the "start" button, the menu fades away and all I see is the background image and nothing else. Can't play it. :(

ooookay, i can accept tat soldiers did give up when they morale was low on te real thing but... hell, they give up when they`re winning in this game!
