@ Arch Zeratul: it isnt that the AI is dumb but it is realistic, gas attacks were hard to control and often affected both sides, no matter who launched it. Supposedly Adolf Hitler, who served in WWI for the germans, was affected by one of these attacks and it contributed to his insanity

I hope they come out with a second of this. With more troops and more tactics. This game is REALLY good but sometimes they need to have something to know there is mines. I charged alot of my troops once lost because my moral with from full to nothing because mines torn my men to shreds.

I just fill my trench with Lewis Gunners and let the Germans come to me and instantly kill them and lower morale to win.

Oh and pmaster no one enters a war for no reason it was pretty obvious that the french, and the british needed help since they were running out of able young men to fight the war and the germans were redeploying their troops in the eastern front to the west as russia was dealing with the Communist revolution, and so the US decided to help after The Allies have been asking for sometime already.

I don't think the game is deserving of such a high score. There seems to be too many random elements.. in the final mission I almost won at first, then I got a morale loss because their fire support shredded me, next time I got overrun faster than I could build units, and third time I won with no difficulty. Why do troops constantly have to move forward in trenches? How does the bonus exp system work? It looks like the more units I build and lose the more points I get..? wtf.. and the AI is stupid.. gassing their own troops..

The reason there is no american soldiers is that the US entered very late in the war 1917(?) they were only there for about 10 months or so; compared to the british and the germans who have been fighting since 1914.

the only reason this game is winning in ratings is because it hasnt had THREE MILLION ratings like sonny has. this game and any other game will never compare with soinny.

Enjoy being on all-time before the hackers take it all away. Or, just people who play it a lot. Won't last a long time, I can almost gurantee that. Very good game. 1 day and already 4.70 stars. O_o

I really liked the game gave it 5/5 It's really good and for the people who said it takes no skill and favors the other side is complete stupidity I myself owned this game in 20 mins because of pure win strategy

Could have been a great game, but it's completely unfair and simulates difficulty by favorising the enemy... I'm really disapointed

way too slow and artillery is horrible, units are weak, not much skill is needed or even if you have alot of skill it wont matter, dicks
