you should add like mines and stuff thta generate some gold over a period of time e.g every day i get 10000 gold (it could stack over a couple days not sure about this add on to the suggestion) and you upgrade them to produce more say if produces 10000 gold a day it would cost 100000 to add an extra 10000 gold a day

Should be possibly to actually get crystals as daily reward, or at least you should stop try to make us believe that you can, we're not that stupid.
