Due to the "connecting" problem that nearly everyone has; I suggest that Kongregate never do something like this ever again, and should offer compensation for lost time. (Do you think I'll make a good lawyer?)

I'd like to think that the game would play better if literally half of Kongregate wasn't playing it. But as it is, it's virtually unplayable. Thanks, guys, for this great choice for BotD. Totally didn't get paid to make this game even get badges.

This game has frozen up on me. I could play it earlier today, but now I can't get past intro screen.
Also, there's a MAD difficulty spike between Quest 2 and 3.

The only reason games like this get badges is because they pay kongregate for them. It's the only way people will even be bothered to check the game out.

its 30 times, not 31. the rule for mastery of any mission is win 30 times. and the rewards increase in increments of variation, determined by the boss of the levels stats.

lolol you can just trade away the 200 special w.e you get at the beginning for gold and buy all cheap units and get the medium badge immediately

WOW! I completely assumed this was a troll, but apparently if you right click, then left click, then right click again on the 'Play Now' button it might work for you. It worked for me the first time I tried it, but I still assume that was just a coincidence. You can try it if you're desperate for that BoTD but can't connect. And if it doesn't work, you've wasted maybe 2 seconds. Low risk, high potential reward (if you can count playing this game as a reward... It's still gross, connection issues aside). Give it a shot!

Why does it seem like as soon as a game becomes BotD these days it breaks...single player games won't send the information in, multi won't connect.....Yet I remember when this first came out I had no trouble.

You'd think if they were going to do this as a BoTD, they would have made extra preparations on the game's server to accommodate the flood of players.

Wow. Like I always said, the moment gamestop got their greedy hands on kongregate the site began its inevitable downward spiral. There's no way this will turn out well. As with all pitiful, greedy slime they're going to slowly become more and more aggressive in whoring off anything they can until the final people have had enough and left, and then they'll take their money and move on to bleeding the next target dry. Taking the badge of the day and turning it into a week long advertisement is just a sign that we're traveling further down that path. I hate it so much. I hate greediness, I hate corporate advertisement and all that sort of hokey bullshit, I loath it with ever fiber of my being...but I also like games damn it. Thank god I don't really play console games anymore, cause gamestop was by far the closest store and I could never, ever bring myself to support their business after watching what they've done here...

The game normally has very few players, which is why the servers are overcrowded so suddenly due to BOTD. After today, everyone will leave and the servers will get back to handling the (very) few regular players that exist. lol

took like 40min to get it just get *wind units (ranged)* and replay mission 1 until you hit lvl 2 then play mission 2 until you hit lvl 3 quick and easy
