Just a small suggestion. Could you have it so it starts out at 2x speed rather then us having to turn it on?
There are very few scenarios where slowing things down is needed or helpful, but the 2x speed is a necessity.

Keep in mind that fire beats wind, wind beats earth, earth beats thunder, thunder beats water, and water beats fire. Say you are facing fire enemies, and you have a troll that has 500 health, spamming shark men will not only spawn a lot more, but will take a lot less damage and last longer than trolls due to the elements. + so everyone knows about this.

To be honest I feel like the epic war series has been going downhill since epic war 2 but i do like this one... although grinding maybe a problem, but still good work.

One more thing I would like to add is the problem of the difficulty spike, the game gets more challenging very fast, which leads to the need to grind for gold/exp very early in the game. (around chapter 2). This would not be a problem if not for the energy system. But now I have to grind for gold to level up my village structures to be able to pay more gold to unlock the units I want. This game really did not do any justice to the great epic war series.

I look at the epic war series and see how far it has come only to see it retrogress back to epic war 3, I still play epic war 4! Usually games get better as they go on Epic War is the expectation!

This game could have been great, but it threw away some of the great features of the older games. One feature I really miss from the old games is the ability to order my units to advance/retreat. Also, don't we have enough games with this silly energy system? I don't mind if a few games are made with it, but it seems like all new games just don't want me to play them. This game is just a major downgrade from what was once a great flash game series.

Like the dev said, Rudy_sudarto is the project manager. She(or he) probably got tired or something or hired these guys to help her(him).
RUdy SUdarto is the CEO of Artlogicgames and his role is project manager as well. So the game is still under rudy direction . and all with the same wonderful team who make ew1-5 .

I know i might be the only one saying this but rudy_sudarto make epic war much better and using his idea and different things seems like stealing to me.. Like you wouldn't make a Learn to Fly 3 the developer would *sry for speeling

Keep in mind this isn't an Epic War game made by rudy_sudarto. It's a game made by a different developer hoping to capitalize on Epic War's success.

Energy=not cool, and wayyy wayy wayy to much grinding expected right after like mission 3. Not really a good idea to make a player feel like he or she is actually doing work 10 mins into game play.

I was so excited to see another epic war game. Then I saw the energy and I'm like "Heck no." Was really hoping for a good 'ol Epic war game. I'm sure it's a good game but I'm only giving it a 3/5. Why are there so many FB-styled game appearing on Kongregate?

first time i've ever really wanted to rate a game over 5/5.. you've definitely put a dent in flash games when it comes to competition. this game is the best game i've played on kong so far hands down man. good job! (rare for me to say)

I am soooo disappointed in this. This used to be such a great series, but its just been riding on its own fame since number 3. This one has absolutely no strategy. Just spam your best unit at a fixed rate and they go charging off. No control at all.

Can you make it to where the mp bar doesn't empty when you call a unit in battle? I'll be looking at the battle for a while and notice that I have four bars of mp, click an mp bar lvl 1 and it resets all the way.

Would be really helpful if we could see the current hero alongside the others when trying to choose a new one. Flipping back and forth repeatedly to check stats is a real pain. Unless I just missed something with the interface that allows this already?

biggest problem with the game: enemy fighter will have 3% and time runs out and i still loss WTF i spent 10 minutes killing him in vain...plz fix

... WTF? Is this a true part of the Epic War series? --- All I can see of the series is: the name; art style; the 2D one hero per side and the minion grinder in the middle. What's happened to my favourite flash game?

Well done yourthe frist online game on Kongregate to enjoy the gameplay is fun instead of been told what happend the engery is blanced even buying diamonds is blanced 50 kongergate points for 500 diamonds thats more like it I see some online games make 50 Kongergate points around 20 of the currency when I saw Epic war and muiltiplayer I thought "oh god he ruined the game" but I am glad you kept it blanced and fair good on you
