I'm having fun with this, but I would really like to see some way to sell some of the gear I've acquired while playing. Right now they're just taking up space and since money isn't easy to come by it would be great to get back even just a quarter of the original purchase value of the otherwise useless gear.

atn72, in the beginning buy Lulu and guy with spear. Damage all only with Lulu. 2 hunter rank - buy Ling, sell spearman. Damage only with Ling. After that farm equipment, buy better mercenary. Sometimes there awesome mercenary in friends if play online.

The camera moves too much. Would love an option to fix the camera in a zoomed out spot so I can see all 6 people on the screen and it NOT zoom in and out every few seconds.

the good places to grind is legendary silver wolf II and trio assassin (the silver wolf give 1 moon stone for 5 areas and trio assassin give 2 moon and 2 sun and 1 demon stone+4000 HR points)

any tips on how to maximize combos it' is not clear how to make many of them (except cliking on each portrait when they are full with energy) there must be a more efficient way as boss are very hard just like that when encounters are easy

the bosses balance is wierd like lets take a example first arthur and scarecrow why is arthur so healthy but so little damage in stats and scarecrow hes not that strong i did finish him in lv 9 seriously there needs some fixes in boss battles its just silly damage

i think its better that other chars are higher than rudy himself, because the others are just as important as him, so theres no need for him to be the strongest

#4: My compliments! This game is even more addicting than Epic War Saga (for me, at least), I just love the animations. Especially when I just won a battle, Reminds me so much of the "Kill Bill" movie ...
MINOR SPOILER ALARM
And then, the specials. Not only my favorite character from EW3 to EW5 was there, but also ... I didn't get much so far, but what I got told me a lot already. Xiaobing must be a wonderful woman. Greet her from me. (In my relationship, I am the nerd ... as the woman.) Oh, and your level is way too low. Level 10? Really? You are the *designer*! You should be level 50, at least ...
If only some of the dungeons weren't that large ... for now I am playing offline. Sorry for the comment-spam, but ... I just had to say it.

#3c: I understand that the large dungeons are supposed to be challenging, but ... a temporary save wouldn't be too hard to code (as you keep track of XP, class XP, gold, items, stuff anyway, you just would have to store gold and items somewhere else temporarily, so that the player won't get them in case they cancel the mission or die) and also make sure that players don't loose just because their web connection sucks. Or because they have to look after their RL from time to time.

they should nerf the bosses because when i enter a level one quest i don't wanna fight someone with 3000 hp and damaging aroun 300 every round.

#3b: It was "only" area 27/35 in the last story mission, but still ... While I was buying stuff from the Secret Store, my game froze on connecting to the server. It had taken me a full hour to get there ... so frustrating for us players. Please, add some temporary save (by temporary I mean that it will be deleted once you click anything) so that we won't be punished for technical or RL issues.

@Lahared he does. rly. @Miriamme_Mara thats a lot of comments. nice tips n stuff but you can do a whole no items run on the game. yea some bosses can be rly hard tho. still finaly someone agress that the main character is still the strongest XD

If anyone ever played a game made by the Artlogic team or Rudy Sudarto, then by now you will already know that there is no way for you to sell any item at all.
So, the people who DOESN'T comment about "Selling" are the people who pardons with the developer's rule.
Besides even without a selling system, this is already an epic game.

#3a: My main issue next. I agree with many other players that dungeons with 30+, 40+, 100+, 600+ areas are neither challenging nor fun (not without checkpoints or temporary saves, that is), but just ... dunno. When the game is running slow, you will need an hour for a 30-area dungeon. What if the web connection crashes? What if there is some urgent RL business suddenly? Some of us still have a life, some of us have a job (especially those who pay real money to get the good stuff earlier I would assume), others have a family ... I love this game so much, sometimes I could play it for hours and hours, but ... being forced to play on for hours just for one mission? That's a different matter entirely. The game is running a bit slow on my computer, so that I would need 10 hours+ (when I am lucky) before I even reach the Boss in a 600-area-dungeon.

#2d: When playing online, once you reach level 15 or so, your best friends are the characters you can hire when you click the "friends" tab at the tavern. Hey, you even can form up a team following your personal preferences ... I just wouldn't recommend three mages. A fighter (paladin once it's available) with high resistances as your tank, a rogue or assassin with 4+ AP for speed and what ever you want. (I was playing with a paladin and two assassins, btw.) I so understand the feeling that your own characters is nothing compared to what you can hire. Believe me, that will change. (And when you are playing offline, you will wish for hirelings stronger than you sooner than you would think now. You will be the tank *and* hitter, maybe even the one with the most AP soon enough.)
(One day I might write a detailed guide for dummies on how to beat all story missions, just not now.)

#2c: After you have beaten Sir James for the first time, it's game ... figure out which playing style suits you best, build up your avatar hunter to your personal liking, grind/farm as much as you must and, step by step, get stronger. Also make sure that you always have some counter-effect consumables in stock for anything after "The Depth". Later, all you need is money. With enough chili peppers and AP boosters in stock (for chapter 5, at least, including some level 47 missions), not a single boss will ever touch you. (You won't need chili peppers before chapter 4/ AP boosters before chapter 5 unless you are playing offline.)

#2b: Remember that you can use items without wasting any AP before you click "fight". Note that you always have the first turn which is a huge advantage. I can't say anything about chapter 6 yet, but until chapter 5 the trickiest part is the beginning as you will run into trouble when you spend your money on items instead of hiring companions (I'd recommend Lulu and Jackie, btw.)

#2a:
To all those who complain that the game is too hard: I am not the best strategist, definitely not. To achieve anything in the Epic War series, I had to read a lot of pro tips. Yet I am close to chapter 6 now. I never lost so far. Until now, the hardest boss battle for me was Sir James in "Sir James Training", really. It is all a matter of timing, patience, using what you have to your advantage, and, yes, also some farming and grinding.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I really like the game so far. The only problem left I can think of is dungeon length. When I choose to tackle a really long dungeon it takes an hour, most of the time more. It seems like a lot of work for a few rare stones/items. Maybe when you enter a portal or find a shortcut, you go up more floors than just 1. Just an idea.

You need to recruit your allies from the FRIENDS section. There you can find characters to level the playing field. Some of you out there have over 700 damage and you're not even level 20. I recently recruited a character with 1402 damage (or something like that). He has been making this less of a grind.

#1: Dear Rudy, you should submit more Highscore values to the Kong API (like: highest damage, highest combo, total enemies killed, hunter rank, class rank ...). Would increase the chance that they add badges. Badges = more players. More players = a better chance that people purchase crystals. (Okay, okay, I have to admit that I would like to be able to earn a bade or two here myself. :-))
