JuzzieJT said: "Terrible balancing. You can grind through standard enemies in a dungeon boringly effortlessly, then a random portal encounter is suddenly 30 times stronger and you lose everything from before. Such an awful execution of a game which looked promising but realistically forces you to grind inanely. Clearly not played through by the developers themselves." Even MORE frustrating is when you have a choice between a portal and a "legion encounter" and you try to do the "legion encounter" but the button for activating it DOES NOTHING-- which leaves you NO CHOICE but to go for the PORTAL; and most of the time when this happens to me, I end up getting a Boss Encounter with two OVERPOWERED Ninja Skeletons which then proceed to hand my party their lungs! I swear: you just don't have a CHANCE against those Ninja Skeletons without having to buy the BEST PREMIUM equipment for your avatar! What a way to try to make us pay BIG BUCKS of REAL money! Pass!

Of course, lvl 47 fighter (from Friends tab) with Omega Sword and Chaos Lord Armor (Strength of 4958) does speed up killing quite a bit.

The mission-specific XP multiplier resets after each reload :P So to avoid grinding, you should just bite the bullet and slay the Silverwolf a few dozen times in a row. That should get you to lvl 99 or so in a hurry.

"Don't Bully Me" is a bit slow for leveling up (XP increment of 300). I'm fond of the chapter 4 mission "Legendary Silver Wolf II" (XP increment of 4000). After 10 repetitions it's 40,000 XP, with an EXP ticket 80,000 PLUS another 80,000 if I increase the combo to max before slaying the boss.

If you're here for the badges, do yourself a favour and only go for the first badge and then leave. The second seems like it would be easy but actually takes hours and hours of grinding. Don't forget to vote the game 1 star

I believed that it was a bad game but, now, I find it pretty fun. What I think about this game : the mechanic is really interesting (very nice combo can be done),the structure of your team is very important and u can change your avatar role (example : from tank to mage). However, the boss at low level are damn strong. A little guide : u can gain "xp" for the level by killing ennemies (for stats), the hunter rank (HR) by finishing quest (for better hire and equpiment -> very very important) and for class by winning battle (stat modifier). To change your class, go to equip->job class. To refresh the quest list, click on the arrows near "chapter X". For the beginning, after u have done some lvl 1 quests, try to do the lvl 3 and 4 quests before the lvl 2 quests. Final advices, use buffs, use hirelings and get a balanced team! And u don't need to grind for the best equipment u can find in the shop. u can be effective without them. +++ so others can see!

A great cheat you can do for this game is in chapter 1 there is a quest Don't Bully Me you can do that quest as much as you want and you can 1 exp point for your class and there is only 1 area and 1 boss with 210hp he is very easy to defeat

Good game, good ideas...then you notice the massive grinding needed to achieve anything and how that ruins the gaming experience. Kinda reminds me how you ruined epic war series.

Sadly this game is inbalanced and boring after an hour. It had the potential to be one of the best on Kongregate. More attack differences, dialogues, maybe spells and less grinding.

XD them comments all bad about the game i agree about it at the moment i still like it tho im not using any hired help either or "friend" whatever that is/does im usng nothing but my avatar some battles are retarded some arent tho but to be honest this is all about being lucky on finding weak mobs or chests/tents or if lucky the exit

Strategy to beat 55 Round mission on chapter 2 : Make sure your characters have about 1.5k hp each. I had slightly less than the boss almost ONE hit my whole team. Be Sure to apply defense Potion before you click ready. Then SKIP. After skippimg, you should have arounf 15-18 AP. Now apply Attack potions and wreck havoc. You should win. ++++ so others can see! Also, Add me if you want to recruit a good " friend" for your journies

game was good at start mechanics, but later it keeps going too grinding and NO SELL makes it worthless, rating going down really fast 1/5

If you're going to make a money grab game full of grinding, make it at least somewhat worthwhile. So far this is terrible to play through.

spam level = 1 again and again
Finally got many golds and figther rank -> double axe and then easy to have 10 side mission from level 1 to 5 :x

1/5 => after hour playing. Need fast weapon to get permanent combo. Tip for boss hitting after u get 18-20 ap is also useful.

For anyone who is having a difficulty with this game here are a few tips :P
First of all, you're going to get one guy that does you damage preferably your main character with duel weilding weapons, second of all your partners each need to have the heighest ap possible for your level, thirdly attack only with your main damage dealer guy just spam him, for anyone who is having trouble with bosses skip your first turn, your ap stacks and your combo can be sick, near the end you deal over 3000 damage every hit thumb this up so it sticks around! :)

Actually the font isn't that bad... I don't know why but the quality will be changed to low automatically during battle. Just right click and change the quality. Medium should be ok.

i have an idea for the game to be more challenging. If you start with 7 ap in a battle and use 4 of them then in the next battle you have 3 ap.

After playing this game for 15 minutes, I see that all the complaints were spot on. If you don't like excessive grinding for little-to-to reward, you might as well skip this one.

I just got into the battle tutorial and *cannot* read *anything*. How did this get through development and the creator didn't once play test it and say to himself, "Hey... It's a trifle hard to see, well everything ... Perhaps I should change that before it gets released to the public"?? I decided to start playing even after reading all the negative comments and ratings. I tried to give it a chance but you're really not helping your cause by keeping the font the same.

The medium badge would be accurate, if it was a hard badge and if there was mentioned that it is an ENDURANCE BADGE (requires a lot of grinding). ._.

I meant the game needs a lot of improvements and has the opposite of what we want, it wont let me read what bosses say and too much grinding!!! Listen to our comments makers.

Also there is nothing in the help that says that you cap at 20 AP during a battle. Don't skip unless you know you won't cap!

There should be a way to refresh the types of characters you get at the tavern. I only got 1 rogue at level 6 and stuck with her due to her providing 3AP a round even though my whole tavern had level 18+ avatars, fighters, and mages to choose from.
